Delete Your Quant AI Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Quant AI account and the data associated with it.

1. Delete Your Account in Quant AI

1. Sign in to Quant AI.
2. Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account.
3. Request the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email address.
4. Enter the code and confirm the deletion request.

After the request is accepted, Quant AI signs the current device out immediately. Your account is scheduled for deletion within 7 days, and you cannot sign in while deletion is pending. If you change your mind during this period, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible; once deletion has started, we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot open the app or sign in, email [email protected] from your registered email address. State clearly that you want to delete your Quant AI account.

Do not send your password or verification code. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership before accepting the request.

3. Cancel Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Quant AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription with that provider before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not by itself create a right to a refund; refunds are handled under the Quant AI Refund Policy.

4. Data Deletion and Retention

We delete or anonymize the data associated with your account, such as your profile information, conversation history, and uploaded files, according to the Quant AI Privacy Policy. We may retain limited information where the law requires it or where we need it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. For example, order and transaction records may be kept for up to 7 years. Retained information is used only for these purposes and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
